Engagement Overview

Kochava Engagement provides the ability to create unique audience segments from various sources and import those audiences directly into the Engagement UI. Campaigns can be created to specifically target desired user segments in order to send meaningfully designed messages. Messages can be targeted for various campaign goals, scheduled to be deployed over a specific time frame and with a specific weight.

The Engagement Overview page provides a visualization of the messages that have been sent, opened, converted, the DAU lift associated as well as the devices that have uninstalled the app(s) associated. The page is divided into two main sections the first provides a graphic overview of Engagement message performance over the selected date range, and the second section lists the Engagement messages that have been recently completed, messages that are launching soon, the highest converting active messages and the lowest converting active messages.
