Engagement Associations Overview


Kochava Engagements interacts with other features within Kochava. The Engagements Overview, Campaigns and Audiences pages provides in-depth views, however further details may be obtained through the exploration of Engagement within Analytics and Reporting.


Engagements and Analytics

Data associated with the Engagement events and the Kochava Push network can be easily displayed within Analytics. Once Kochava begins to receive Push data, the associated events and network data will be displayed within Analytics. While the Engagement Overview page provides a high level view of campaigns, Analytics provides the means to refines the data and provide specific numbers for each campaign and view the results against other metrics within the app. Engagement campaigns can be split by events or networks.

In the above example, the Analytics Event Detail page is loaded with the _PushOpen event selected. The _PushOpen event can be further split in order to see which specific campaigns drove the event, when those event occurred and which campaigns did not drive any occurrences of the event.


Engagements and Reporting

Data associated with the Engagement events and the Kochava Push network can be easily pulled through the use of Kochava’s reporting system. Once Kochava begins to receive Push data, the associated events and network data may be pulled within the Reporting system. Reports such as the Event report may be pulled to detail the Push events that have occurred and the associated metrics for a specific timeframe.
