Engagement Campaign Overview


The Engagement Campaigns page provides access to all of the campaigns that are in draft status, pending deployment, active, stopped, campaigns that have been completed and campaigns that have been archived. Campaigns may be searched or sorted to quickly locate the desired campaign.


Engagement Campaign Interface

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Select Kochava Apps>Engagement.
  3.  

     

  4. Select Campaigns.
  5.  


Add A Push Campaign

From the Campaigns page, an Push campaign may be created. For more information on creating a campaign, refer to our Creating an Engagement Campaign support documentation.


Campaign Location and Organization Tools

Engagement campaigns can be easily located by utilizing the search and organization tools.

 

Live Search Tool:

Engagement campaigns can be located using the live search tool by typing part or all of the name of a campaign.

 

Campaign Organization:

Campaigns can be organized by using one of the following:

 

Sort –

  • Name [A-Z]
  • Name [Z-A]
  • Start Date Newest
  • Start Date Oldest
  • End Date Newest
  • End Date Oldest
  • Updated Newest
  • Updated Oldest

 

Type –

  • Any
  • Scheduled
  • Event Triggered

 

Status –

  • Any
  • Active
  • Pending
  • Draft
  • Stopped
  • Completed
  • Archived

Draft Campaigns

Draft campaigns are campaigns that are in the process of being created and have not been activated yet. The following options are available for Draft Campaigns:

  • Edit – Open the Draft Campaign to update/change settings.
  • Activate – Use the existing settings and turn on the campaign.
  • Rename – Change the user defined name of the campaign.
  • Copy – Create an exact copy of the selected campaign.
  • Delete – Remove the Draft Campaign.

 


Pending Campaigns

Pending campaigns are campaigns that have been created, saved and are scheduled to be started at a future date. The following options are available for Pending Campaigns:

  • Rename – Change the user defined name of the campaign.
  • Copy – Create an exact copy of the selected campaign.
  • Delete – Remove the Pending Campaign.

 


Active Campaigns

Active campaigns are campaigns that are currently being run. Active campaigns will have the number of messages sent, the number of messages opened, the percentage of messages sent to messages opened, the number of converted messages and the percentage of messages sent to messages converted. The following options are available for Active Campaigns:

  • Copy – Create an exact copy of the selected campaign.
  • Delete – Remove the Pending Campaign.
  • Stop – Remove the Active Campaign.

Completed Campaigns

Completed campaigns are campaigns that have started and have sent all of the scheduled Engagement messages. Completed campaigns will have the number of messages sent, the number of messages opened, the percentage of messages sent to messages opened, the number of converted messages and the percentage of messages sent to messages converted. The following options are available for Completed Campaigns:

  • Copy – Create an exact copy of the selected campaign.
  • Archive – Move the campaign to the archive.

Stopped Campaigns

Stopped campaigns are campaigns that have been started, has not reached its end date and has been stopped by a user. Stopped campaigns will have the number of messages sent, the number of messages opened, the percentage of messages sent to messages opened, the number of converted messages and the percentage of messages sent to messages converted. The following options are available for Stopped Campaigns:

  • Copy – Create an exact copy of the selected campaign.
  • Archive – Move the campaign to the archive.

Comparing Push Campaigns

Push Campaigns may be compared in order to gain more understanding of the performance of either or both campaigns. Campaigns can be compared based upon the messages sent, opened, converted and lift (DAU).

  1. Locate and Select the desired Push Campaigns.
  2. Click Compare Push Campaigns.

 

NOTE: A maximum of 3 Push campaigns may be selected for comparison.

The Compare Push Campaigns page is divided into two section. The first section is a graph displaying the campaign metrics over the time frame of the selected campaigns. Mousing-over the campaign graph displays the metrics for each campaign. The second section displays the selected Push campaigns with the specific data associated with each campaign metric.

The following Campaign Metrics are available for selection through the Select Campaign Metric:

  • Sent
  • Opened
  • Converted
  • Lift (DAU)
