The Fraud Console New Devices page provides insight into publishers that have high rates of attributed installs that are coming from new device IDs not previously observed by Kochava. High rates of new device ID’s are often signs of programmatically generated installs (i.e., bot farms). In order to be identified as fraud the publisher must have a percentage of new devices that are greater then or equal to 90%. Devices are identified at the site_id level per app over a trailing 30 days.
