Analytics Performance provides the ability to quickly view data associated with Network Performance, Campaign Performance, Creative Performance and Country Performance.
- Network Performance – 7 Days — Enables the viewing of impressions, clicks, click through rate, installs, conversion rate and event count by network over the past 7 days.
- Campaign Performance – 7 Days — Enables the viewing of impressions, clicks, click through rate, installs, conversion rate and event count by campaign over the past 7 days.
- Creative Performance – 7 Days — Enables the viewing of impressions, clicks, click through rate, installs, conversion rate and event count by creative.
- Country Performance – 7 Days — Enables the viewing of impressions, clicks, click through rate, installs, conversion rate and event count by country.
NOTE: Each view will produce data from the previous 168 hours (7 Days). For example if the query was run today at 12:00pm, the data for 12 hours of today will be displays as well as the past 6 1/2 days worth of data.
The performance tabs are divided into three main sections:
The first is a data display section on the top for selecting available date and networks. By default the last week is selected and all networks are selected.
The second section is the center portion of the screen with a visualization of the Impression Count, Click Count, Click Through Rate, Install Count, Conversion Rate and Event Count. Each of the graphs can be moused-over to display the corresponding data.
The third is table providing insights into the Impression Count, Click Count, Click Through Rate, Install Count, Conversion Rate and Event Count for the specific networks, campaigns, creatives or countries.
Analytics User Interface
- Log in to Kochava.
- Select the desired Account.
- Select Analytics > Performance.
Feature Note: To add this menu item to your Favorites Menu, select the “+” sign that appears when you hover over the menu. The Features Menu provides quick access to your most frequently visited areas of the Kochava UI.
Performance Option Menu
The data displayed within the Analytics Performance page can be organized by date range or Network Name – ID.
Important Note: When data fields have been selected, Apply must be clicked in order to recalculate and revisualize the associated data.

Graph/Chart Tools Menu
Each graph and chart provides a tools menu allowing you to force a refresh, enter fullscreen, or download the associated data in multiple forms.
Force Refresh:
This option provides the ability to retrieve the latest data for the corresponding graph/chart. Once the tool menu has been clicked, a timeframe will be displayed listing the last time the data was fetched. Clicking Force Refresh will only update the associated graph/chart.
Enter Full Screen:
This option provides the ability to increase the size of the graph/chart to display in the entire screen. While in full screen mode, an option is provided to return to the summary page.
Download:
This option provides the ability to download the graph/chart in the following formats:
- Export to .CSV
- Export to Excell
- Download as Image
Graphic Display
The Graphic Display section provides the ability to visually examine the Sum (Impression Count), Sum (Click Count), Click through Rate, Sum (Install Count), Conversion Rate and Sum (Event Count) organized by Network, Campaign, Creative and Country.
Mousing over the graphs will display the corresponding data.

Spreadsheet Display
The Spreadsheet display provides an in-depth view of the data associated with the selected performance category.
The data within the table can be organized by any of the available columns.
