NOTE: The Global Fraud Console is a billable SKU. For more information on activating Global Fraud Console, contact your Client Success Managers.
- Log in to Kochava.
- Select Account Options>Global Fraud Blacklist.
NOTE: The first time that the Global Fraud Console is accessed on an account, a welcome screen will be displayed. In order to access the Fraud Console settings, Click Manage Fraud Blacklist.
Global Fraud Console Settings
The Global Fraud Console enables the application of Traffic Verification features across all the apps within an account or specific apps within the account.
Active Global Fraud Blacklist
- Select Status>ON.
- Select Account. (optional)
- Select Apps. (optional)
- Click Save.
NOTE: By default Status is set to “ON”.
NOTE: If the Account option is checked, Fraud Detection and Traffic Verifier will be applied to all the apps and trackers within each of those apps associated with the active account. If Traffic Verifier settings have been previously setup on a tracker, those settings will not be overwritten.
NOTE: If the Apps option is checked, all apps associated with the account and every tracker within each of the apps will have Fraud Detection and Traffic Verifier applied. If Traffic Verifier settings have been previously setup on a tracker, those settings will not be overwritten. Any app(s) may be removed from the list.
