The Users page provides access to easily create, sort and update account specific Kochava Collective users.


Kochava Collective Interface

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Click App Tools>Kochava Collective.
  3.  

     

    NOTE: By default, the Kochava Collective Overview UI (User Interface) is loaded.

     

  4. Select Users.
  5.  


User Account Search Tools

User accounts can be searched for by the use of any of the following:

  • Search By Name – Type part of or the entire name to locate a specific user account.
  • Sort – User accounts can be organized by:
    • Name (A-Z)
    • Name (Z-A)
    • Date (Newest)
    • Date (Oldest)

 


Create a User

  1. Click Add a User.
  2. Enter a Username. (this will be the name displayed when the User logs in)
  3. Enter a user Name.
  4. Enter an Email Address. (this will be the email address that will receive any user specific notifications)
  5. Select Deactivated>No
  6. Enter a Password.
  7. Confirm Password.
  8. Select the Groups:
    • Click “+” to add a Group.
    • Click “x” to remove a Group.
    • NOTE: For Collective purposes, the groups added by default are fine.

  9. Select a Currency. (USD by Default)
  10. Select a Time Zone. (Set to current Time Zone by Default)
  11. Select a Language. (Set to English by Default)
  12. Click Save.

Editing a User

  1. Click User Tools>Edit.
  2. Update User settings.
  3. Click Save.

 


Associate a User

Users from different account may be granted access to Kochava Collective accounts that they currently do not have access to.

  1. Click Associate A User.
  2. Enter one of the following:
    1. Login ID
    2. Email Address
    3. User ID
  3. Click Associate.
