Groups Overview

Kochava provides a flexible account system which gives customers the granular control needed to manage team members’ access, permissions and settings across your portfolio of applications.

NOTE: By default a group is created with a new user account is created ‘Default {account_name}’.


Create a New Group

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Select the desired Account.
  3. Select Account Options > Groups.
  4.  

     

  1. Click Add a Group.
  2. Enter a Group Name.
  3. Select Include New Apps. (optional)
  4. NOTE: If Include New Apps is selected, each new app that is created is associated with this Group. Selecting this option is useful when it is desired to have one or more groups to have permission to all apps without requiring the manual association to each new app.

  5. Select Include New Users. (optional)
  6. NOTE: If Include New Users is selected, each new user that is created is automatically associated with this Group. Selecting this option is useful when when it is desired to have any new user that is created assigned as part of this Group.

  7. Select Roles:
    1. Account Admin
    2. App Admin
    3. Campaign Admin
    4. Analyst User
    5. View Conversions (ARM System)
    6. View Analytics
    7. View Postbacks
    8. View Conversions
    9. Read Only
    10. Reporting Generation Access
    11. Campaign/Analytics
    12. VPPN Access
    13. View App Groups
    14. Create Apps
    15. Custom Role
    16. SmartLinks and VPPNs
    17. Analyst Users
    18. View Conversions Overview
    19. Custom Agency Role
    20. QA Engineer
    21. Testing
    22. Query Role
    23. GSN Reports
    24. API Creation
    25. Smartlink Admin
    26. Test Role
    27. Postback and Reporting Access
    28. Fraud Console
    29. Create Update Campaigns
    30. Mange Account Apps
    31. GDPR – Marketing
    32. Manage Devices

    NOTE: The Roles list is a comma separated list of the Roles that are assigned to this Group.

    NOTE: For information on Custom Roles, contact your Client Success Managers.

  8. Select App(s).
  9. NOTE: The Apps list is a comma separated list of the apps that this Group has access to.

  10. Click Submit.

 

New Group


Delete Group

This feature is currently only available for Kochava employees. If you need a group deleted from your account please contact your Client Success Managers.
