Groups Overview


Kochava provides a flexible account system which gives customers the granular control needed to manage team members’ access, permissions and settings across your portfolio of applications.

NOTE: By default a group is created with a new user account is created ‘Default {account_name}’.


Create a New Group

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Select Account Options>Groups.
  3.  

     

  4. Click Add a Group.
  5. Enter a Group Name.
  6. Select Include New Apps. (optional)
  7. NOTE: If Include New Apps is selected, each new app that is created is associated with this Group. Selecting this option is useful when it is desired to have one or more groups to have permission to all apps without requiring the manual association to each new app.

  8. Select Include New Users. (optional)
  9. NOTE: If Include New Users is selected, each new user that is created is automatically associated with this Group. Selecting this option is useful when when it is desired to have any new user that is created assigned as part of this Group.

     

    A. Enter a Unique Group Name

  10. Select Roles:
    1. Account Admin
    2. App Admin
    3. Campaign Admin
    4. Analyst User
    5. View Conversions (ARM System)
    6. View Analytics
    7. View Postbacks
    8. View Conversions
    9. Read Only
    10. Reporting Generation Access
    11. VPPN Access
    12. View App Groups
    13. Create Apps
    14. Custom Role
    15. SmartLinks and VPPNs
    16. Analyst Users
    17. View Conversions Overview
    18. Custom Agency Role
    19. QA Engineer
    20. Testing
    21. Query Role
    22. GSN Reports
    23. API Creation
    24. Smartlink Admin
    25. Test Role
    26. Postback and Reporting Access
    27. Fraud Console
    28. Create Update Campaigns
    29. Mange Account Apps
    30. GDPR – Marketing
    31. Manage Devices

    NOTE: The Roles list is a comma separated list of the Roles that are assigned to this Group.

    NOTE: For information on Custom Roles, contact your Client Success Managers.

  11. Select App(s).
  12. NOTE: The Apps list is a comma separated list of the apps that this Group has access to.

  13. Click Submit.

 


Delete Group

This feature is currently only available for Kochava employees. If you need a group deleted from your account please contact your Client Success Managers.
