Kochava AI Prompt

The Kochava AI Prompt (Artificial Intelligence-Backed) provides a unique and state-of-the-art way for customers to ask simple or complex questions and have the answers returned quickly. This allows individuals with little knowledge in using Query to analyze their data to quickly have our system analyze your question and create a SQL query to answer your question. Kochava AI Prompt also provides a quick and easy location for individuals who are experts in using Query, but do not have time to create their own query to examine their data.

Kochava AI Prompt provides the ability to ask your own question, select from previously asked questions or select from a list of commonly asked questions.

 

BEST PRACTICES: It is highly recommended that any results displayed within the Kochava AI Prompt be validated before the data is used.

Important Note: It is important to understand that the data displayed within Kochava AI Prompt is pulled from the Account level. If data for a specific app needs to be analyzed, the Query tool should be utilized. Refer to our support documentation for more information.

Question

Ask a Question

This feature provides the ability to create and ask your own question. The AI will analyze your question, create a custom query and pull the relevant data to provide the desired answer. The Answer as well as the Result Query is provided below the question area in order for the user to be able to verify the answer. Clicking Dislike or Like provides Kochava feedback on how well the AI interpreted your question and the quality of the answer.

1. Enter the desired question.
2. Click Ask.
3. Review the Answer and Result Query.
4. Click Like or Dislike.

 

Common Questions

This drop-down option provides the ability to view and select questions that are the most commonly asked. The Answer as well as the Result Query is provided below the question area in order for the user to be able to verify the answer. Clicking Dislike or Like provides Kochava feedback on how well the AI interpreted your question and the quality of the answer.

1. Select the desired Common Question.
2. Click Ask.
3. Review the Answer and Result Query.
4. Click Like or Dislike.

 

History

This section provides the ability to view and select previously asked questions. Several of the previous questions are displayed and clicking on any of the questions will rerun the query associated with that question. The Answer as well as the Result Query is provided below the question area in order for the user to be able to verify the answer. Clicking Dislike or Like provides Kochava feedback on how well the AI interpreted your question and the quality of the answer.
