Create a Pandora Campaign

The following document defines the process for creating a Pandora campaign within Kochava.

 

Use Cases for Pandora Campaign:

  • An app marketing campaign with Pandora has been created.

Create a Pandora Campaign

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Select the desired Account and App.
  3. Select Links > Campaign Manager.
  4.  

     

  1. Click Add a Tracker or Select Segment Tools () > Add a Tracker.
    1. Select the Campaign.
    2. Select the Segment.

    NOTE: In order to streamline the Campaign/Segment/Tracker creation process a feature has been added to allow the creation of campaigns and segments while creating a new tracker. For more information about creating a campaign or segment while adding a new tracker, refer to our Create an Install Campaign support document.

     

    Add a Tracker

     

  2. Enter a Tracker Name.
  3. NOTE: When a Tracker is created, Kochava automatically generates a name for the Tracker. We recommend that you replace the Tracker name at this point with a clear name of your choosing.

  4. Select Tracker Type > Acquisition. (default setting)
  5. Select Media Partner:
    1. Pandora — Android.
    2. Pandora — iOS.
  6. Select an Agency Partner. (optional)
  7. Select the Destination URL Type:
    1. Custom
    2. Google Referrer (Android Only)
    3. Landing Page

    NOTE: For more information on creating and using Landing Pages, refer to our Landing Page Creation and Maintenance support documentation.

  8. Enter or update the Install Destination URL.
  9. Enter a Deep Link. (optional)
  10. Enter any Custom Parameters. (optional)
  11. Click Save.  (if no further trackers need to be created)
  12. Click Save & Add Another Tracker. (if additional trackers need to be created)
  13. Click Save & Create Postback. (To navigate directly to the Partner Configuration page).

Create a Postback Configuration

  1. Select Apps & Assets > Partner Configuration.
  2.  

     

  1. Click Add a Configuration.
  2. Select Network Partner > Pandora.
  3. Click Go.
  4.

  5. Select Install > Postback Tools () > Edit.
  6. Enter the App Name.
  7. Select the Impression Conversion Delivery.
  8. NOTE: The Impression Conversion Delivery setting determines if impression-matched install postbacks are limited. For example if this setting is set to Deliver Only Completed view, the impressions that are only partially viewed will not be accounted for.

  9. Select the Delivery Delay.
  10. Select the number of Retry Attempts.
  11. Select the Delivery Method.
  12. Click Save.
